In the course of a engagement to a cathedral in Staffordshire on the start of the week, King Charles was heckled by a individual who questioned him about Prince Andrew's relationship with disgraced financier Epstein.

The individual inquired how long the monarch had been known about his sibling's relationship with Epstein, and also questioned whether he had asked the police to "cover up" for Andrew.

Despite the heckling, there were crowds of supporters and cheers for the monarch, who was visiting the region for an ceremony.

Prince Andrew's associations with Jeffrey Epstein have been under close examination in recent weeks. The prince, who relinquished his royal duties earlier this month, has strongly denied any wrongdoing.

"How long have you been aware about Andrew and Epstein? Have you asked the authorities to conceal for Andrew?"

The monarch ignored the questions but carried on greeting fans, some of whom shouted "God Save The King". One fan can be heard requesting him for a embrace.

A female bystander outside the cathedral was also observed telling the protester to "go away" and to "be quiet".

Controversy Revived by Memoir

The controversy over Prince Andrew's links to Jeffrey Epstein has been revived by misconduct allegations detailed in Ms. Giuffre's recently released book.

In the publication, Ms Giuffre alleges she had sexual encounters with the royal on three separate occasions, including once with Jeffrey Epstein and "eight other young girls"

Andrew, who reached a financial settlement with Ms Giuffre in recent years, has repeatedly denied any misconduct. In 2019, he told a news program he did not recall meeting her "ever", and that they "did not have any sort of intimate relations."

Fresh Questions Over Lifestyle and Housing

But in recent times, new inquiries have been raised about how he is able to finance his lifestyle despite not being a working royal.

The disclosure that he has only ever paid a token annual rent on his Royal Lodge has heightened the scrutiny over his housing situation - even though he made large payments up front, including for renovations.

The political party said he should be summoned front of MPs to give testimony about his lease of his lodge.

But last Thursday, the authorities refused to give MPs time to discuss the royal's titles or his residence, despite increasing calls for investigation.

The royal household has not commented on whether Prince Andrew might relocate of his current residence - or where he might reside.
